**Rate Structure
All rates include maintenance fees and annual “free membership” raffle ($5 per membership) for the following year that will be announced Labor Day weekend .
Once your application is approved is approved, you will receive an email with next steps on how to complete your payment.

Membership Fees for 2025 Season:
- Single: $210 | $245 after 5/15/2025
- Senior Single: $190 | $225 after 5/15/2025
- Senior Couple: $270 | $305 after 5/15/2025
- Couples: $300 | $335 after 5/15/2025
- Family: $415 | $450 after 5/15/2025
**Membership Guidelines
- Single Membership requires an age of 18 years or older
- Senior Membership is defined as age 62 or older and restricted to no more than a 1 or 2 person membership.
- Unlimited use of the grounds during the open pool season
- Only Family Memberships cover in-house dependents (up to 8 people – contact Board directly if this number needs to be increased).
- In town guests are $5 per day. See Rules & Regulations for details
- Voting rights at annual members meeting
- Ability to run for/hold Board of Directors positions

You have the option to select a month to month membership for the pool. This select membership is only valid for:
June 1-30; July 1-31 and Aug 1-31
Please note, there will be no pro-rating of mid-month dates (i.e. if you join on 7/12/23 the cost of your July membership will be what is stated in the column to the left.
These memberships are only be available for the dates stated above.
